HEALTH AND CARE FAIR IN EALING

The NHS and partner organisations are hosting a Health and Care Fair on Thursday 11 May 2023 at Greenford Assembly hall, UB6 9QN from 3pm to 6pm. At the fair you will be able to find out about a wide range of services to support you and your loved ones on a range of topics, including mental health, cost of living, diabetes and more. There will also be interactive activities to help support your health and wellbeing.

The event is completely free and open to everyone, with light refreshments available.

Some of the support available on the day includes:

• Mental Health
• Heart Health
• Diabetes
• Blood pressure testing
• Ways to get involved in your community
• Cost of Living Support
